ImpactU is a six-month, hands-on course designed to provide leaders with an in-depth understanding of improvement science and build a broader community of improvement leaders. The course, created by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, leverages curriculum that has been used for over 15 years to develop hundreds of improvement leaders. The curriculum is tailored to support change efforts of non-profits, schools, and other agency partners ImpactU is for for action-oriented individuals who will lead improvement. The course aims to convert leaders into thinking and acting differently to achieve desired outcomes
